On-Line Business Account

You must be a current customer of Jet Edge and register for an On-Line Business Account to order from Jet Edge’s ecommerce site. By opening a Jet Edge online business account, you have access to the most competitive pricing on our spare parts.

 

Order Placement and Confirmation

When you place your order online, you will receive an email order confirmation to verify accuracy. Once an order is submitted on-line, it requires contacting Jet Edge Parts Sales should a change to the order be required. Please contact us as early as possible and depending on the status of the order, changes may be possible. Our delivery to you of an email confirmation following order placement does not represent our acceptance of the order, and we reserve the right to reject any order or limit the quantity of products under the order.

 

Processing Time

Jet Edge Shipping and Customer Service Hours are M-F, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time. Orders received prior to 3:00pm CST, M-F will usually be shipped the same day. Orders placed later than that will ship the following business day. Upon checkout, you will have the option to select a future ship date if preferred. If the order cannot be shipped complete, you will be contacted to determine if a partial shipment should be made or the entire order held until complete.

 

Parts Pricing, Quantity Discounting and Blanket Purchase Orders

Many of our products have quantity price breaks and some businesses earn additional discounts when certain volume goals are met. One way you can take advantage of discounting, is by placing Blanket Purchase Orders with Jet Edge. Once the Blanket Purchase Order is set up, that discounting is available when you order off the Jet Edge site. Please contact Jet Edge Parts Sales to review the conditions that apply. Jet Edge will continue to do its best to keep pricing aggressive, however, reserves the right to change parts pricing without notice. Should you be required to bid on a large job, feel free to contact us for the latest parts pricing information.

 

Shipping and Freight

Products ordered via the Jet Edge website are shipped F.O.B. Jet Edge, St. Michael, MN. Various shipping options will be available upon checkout and you will have the option to select the preferred shipping method at that time. All items will be sent Prepaid & Add, unless a collect account is supplied for a carrier at checkout and the actual freight billing charged to your invoice. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Shipping insurance is added only at the customer request and is subject to additional fees.

Emergency Parts Service

Jet Edge has a designated on-call employee that responds to calls after business hours. Please call 612-963-0887 and someone will be available to assist you. Our current business hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. Please remember that our ability to respond to your emergency parts order is limited by the freight carriers’ delivery schedule to your area. An additional handling charge in addition to freight will be charged for this service.

 

Payment Methods

JetEdgeWaterjets.com on-line accounts are tied to your Jet Edge business account. This means that any approved credit terms are available as payment options along with approved credit card options. Upon placing of your order, the amount of the order, any applicable sales tax and a freight estimate, will be reserved against the credit card limit on the card used until your order ships. Upon shipment, the actual invoice amount with freight will be charged to your card.

 

Product Returns

If you have ordered or received the wrong product or a damaged product, you must contact Jet Edge Parts Sales to review the issue and request a pre-approved return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Packages should be addressed to Jet Edge, ATTN: Parts Sales, 12070 43rd Street Northeast, St. Michael, MN 55376, USA and must be shipped prepaid by sender. All returns MUST have an RMA number attached to the outside of the box or they will be refused by our receiving department. A handling and restocking fee may apply.

 

Finished Goods and Accessories Not Available for Sale Online

Due to customization, size, weight, shipping charges, etc. certain products are not available for sale online. Either call or email our Parts Sales department to receive proper assistance regarding these items.
